Największy polski operator elektrycznego carsharingu – warszawskie Innogy GO! kilka dni temu poinformowało klientów swojej usługi o nadchodzącej zmianie regulaminu, udostępniając swojej społeczności odbiorców dokument z nowymi zasadami korzystania z usługi. Nowy regulamin wejdzie w życie już 3 marca i nie jest tylko rutynowym odświeżeniem zasad obowiązujących u tego operatora. Uważny odbiorca czytając udostępniony dokument wychwyci wiele intrygujących zmian, które specjalnie dla naszych czytelników wyodrębniliśmy i których listę udostępniamy poniżej:
Na początek niewielka zmiana dotycząca anulowania rezerwacji. Z nowego regulaminu zniknął punkt mówiący o tym, że użytkownikowi przysługuje prawo do anulowania rezerwacji przed upływem 15 minut, jednak będzie on wtedy poproszony o podanie przyczyny rezygnacji.
Powyższa zmiana to detal, dlatego przechodzimy teraz do znacznie większego kalibru, prawdziwą „bombę” zostawiając jednak na sam koniec. Z nowego regulaminu zniknęło dotychczasowe ograniczenie długości wynajmu do 2 dób, co jest zapewne efektem dużej popularności znacznie obniżonej przez Innogy GO! stawki dobowej o czym pisaliśmy w tym materiale. Usunięcie tego ograniczenia to jednak nie wszystko, bowiem w pkt 25 i 62 pojawia się pierwszy raz w regulaminie elektrycznego operatora zagadnienie „subskrypcji”. Niestety nie znajdziemy w dokumencie ani słowa o warunkach tychże subskrypcji, natomiast powyższe informacje to znak, że wkrótce w Warszawie klienci carsharingu będą mogli wybierać pomiędzy „abonamentami na auta na minuty” pomiędzy właśnie Innogy i Panek CarSharing gdzie subskrypcje są oferowane już od drugiej połowy zeszłego roku, a które na początku bieżącego roku doczekały się już kolejnej, atrakcyjniejszej odsłony o czym pisaliśmy w tym miejscu. Oprócz subskrypcji wprowadzone zostaną również pakiety minut.
No i czas na najbardziej elektryzujący element nadchodzących zmian w Innogy GO! a konkretnie punkt 84k. W starej wersji regulaminu była tam informacja o udziale własnym w szkodzie powstałej z winy użytkownika, która wynosiła 1000 PLN i była głównie kojarzona z modelem BMW i3, który do tej pory przeważał w usłudze. W nowej wersji natomiast zniknęła kwota 1000 PLN, która zastąpiona została informacją o tym, że poziom odpowiedzialności będzie określony dla konkretnego modelu pojazdu i nie chodzi tutaj wcale o udostępnione w ostatnim kwartale zeszłego roku elektryczne samochody dostawcze (MAN & Renault Kangoo). Innogy GO! już w treści wiadomości z nowym regulaminem poinformowało swoich użytkowników o udostępnieniu w najbliższym czasie nowych modeli samochodów, nie informując jednak o szczegółach. Pierwsze (zamaskowane jeszcze) szczegóły można już jednak przy dużej dawce szczęścia wychwycić na stołecznych ulicach. Przedwiośnie w Warszawie zapowiada się zatem elektryzująco.
