Sharing biura czy samochodu? A co to za różnica?

Mimo, że tytułowe zdanie może wydawać się absurdalne, to jednak wcale takie nie jest. Jego sens swoim działaniem potwierdza doskonale znany z ulic największych polskich miast Traficar. A dokładniej, nie tyle Traficar, co Holding1, którego częścią jest właśnie największy obecnie polski dostawca usługi współdzielonej mobilności samochodowej.

Holding1 oddał na początku tego roku, w podwrocławskich Kobierzycach biurowiec o nazwie Bielany Business Point. Budynek posiada 12 tyś m2 powierzchni użytkowej i oferuje nowatorski system wynajmu kameralnych biur o wielkości od 42 do 86 m2 w programie CompactOffice. Co jest jednak w tym budynku tak pokrewnego z Carsharingiem? Na to pytanie odpowiada sam współwłaściciel grupy kapitałowej Holding1 Adam Pietkiewicz:

– Największy wpływ na dzisiejsze biura mają młodzi ludzie, którzy wprowadzają świeże spojrzenie na miejsce pracy. Dlatego w naszym wrocławskim biurowcu wprowadziliśmy nową usługę najmu powierzchni czyli Compact Office. A zainspirowała nas do tego inna spółka działająca także w naszej grupie – Traficar, czyli carsharingowa.

Brak obciążeń finansowych związanych z posiadaniem własnego samochodu stoi u podstaw sukcesu carsharingu. Podobne udogodnienia koncern Holding1, chce zaproponować najemcom powierzchni swojego biurowca. Pozbawienie najemców wysokich kosztów, oraz długiego okresu najmu, a także, sam fakt najmu tylko przestrzeni biura z której się w pełni korzysta. Ciekawym rozwiązaniem, jest zastosowanie wspólnych części takich jak kuchnia, czy sala konferencyjna, które to są zazwyczaj wynajmowane na wyłączność, a korzystanie z nich podczas godzin pracy nie jest stałe. Z tych części najemcy korzystać mogą właśnie zgodnie z ideą „sharing”. Nie jest również niespodzianką, że na najemców biur w tym budynku, czekają również samochody współdzielone programu Traficar.

 Idea jest zdecydowanie interesująca i wieszczymy jej sukces, ponieważ na rynku brakuje niewielkich biur, dla mniejszych firm, które chciałyby korzystać ze standardów dostępnych do niedawna tylko dla wielkich korporacji. Tak jak usługi carsharingu, rewolucjonizują rynek samochodów prywatnych, tak tego typu biura, również znajdą wielu chętnych, co tylko będzie zwiększać popularność takich form najmu dla firm. Widać zatem, że carsharing może wpływać nie tylko na sytuację na drogach czy parkingach, ale również w biurach. Co prawda pośrednio, ale należy pamiętać, że idea współdzielenia nigdy nie była zarezerwowana tylko dla środków transportu, chociaż akurat naszym zdaniem, w dzieleniu się mobilnością, może skorzystać większa część społeczeństwa, niż choćby tylko pracownicy biurowi.
