W dniu dzisiejszym upłynął termin składania ofert przetargowych na dostawę systemu CarSharing wraz z jego obsługą. Warto przypomnieć że wrocławski magistrat do tematu rozwiązania współdzielonej mobilności podszedł bardzo ambitnie, rozpisując przetarg na usługę opartą wyłącznie na pojazdach elektrycznych. Na dostawcy usługi spocznie nie tylko obowiązek dostarczenia pojazdów, ale również zorganizowania sieci punktów ładowania tych pojazdów, w czym wrocławski ratusz planuje partycypować. Dużą kontrowersją okazał się warunek władz Wrocławia, jakoby proponowane usługi były przygotowane do działania w systemie freefloating co stanowiło dodatkowe utrudnienie dla partycypantów przetargu.
Przypomnijmy że we wrocławskim przetargu udział biorą:
1. Arriva Polska Sp z o.o.
2. Egis Projects Polska Sp z o.o. w konsorcjum z Nawrot Sp z o.o.
3. Enigma Systemy Ochrony Informacji Sp z o.o.
4. Decatur Investments Sp z o.o.
5. AWL VIII Sp z o.o.
Planowane rozstrzygnięcie przetargu oraz start projektu planowane są na rok 2017, natomiast oficjalne terminy nie zostały podane, niemniej jednak biorąc pod uwagę fakt że sieć stacji do ładowania pojazdów elektrycznych we Wrocławiu jest w powijakach, a jej budowa nie należy ani do szybkich, ani do tanich, to kurczowe trzymanie się terminu roku 2017 pozostawimy wyłącznie zatwardziałym optymistom.
