Kilka systemów CS w jednej aplikacji? Poznajcie URBI

Współdzielona mobilność powoli zaczyna zadomawiać się w Polsce. Odmiana myjni samochodowej, przestaje być pierwszym skojarzeniem przychodzącym na myśl Polakowi, na słowo Carsharing. Rynek się rozwija i z biegiem miesięcy liczba miast mogących się pochwalić systemami CS będzie rosła, a i samych systemów konkurencyjnych wobec siebie w ramach jednego miasta na pewno zacznie przybywać. Może to zbyt dalekie wybieganie w przyszłość, ale jednak tylko kwestią czasu pozostaje fakt, gdy polski konsument zacznie narzekać że systemów wiele i do każdego potrzeba odrębnego konta i aplikacji. Pewnie gdy powstanie taka potrzeba znajdzie się i rozwiązanie. I pewnie będzie skazane na sukces ​​

Otóż zanim z opisanym powyżej dylematem spotkają się polscy użytkownicy Carsharingu, to wyzwanie stanęło przed niemal całą Europą Zachodnią. Dlatego też ta właśnie potrzeba dała życie bardzo sprytnej aplikacji o wdzięcznej nazwie Urbi, którą to w poniższym materiale opiszemy.

Na początek kilka słów wstępu o samym założeniu aplikacji URBI, jak i innych tego typu, jakie już zdążyły się na rynku pojawić. Podstawowym problemem użytkownika systemów CS w miastach gdzie występuje ich więcej niż jeden, jest fakt potrzeby posiadania wielu aplikacji do każdego z systemów z osobna. Stwarza to  potrzebę ciągłego przeskakiwania pomiędzy aplikacjami, aby wybrać pojazd którego zamierzamy użyć, czy choćby sprawdzić gdzie stoi najbliższy środek lokomocji, którego użycie byłoby dla nas najwygodniejsze. Dzięki URBI, uzyskujemy podgląd na wszystkie dostępne usługi w naszym mieście, jednocześnie. Na dostępnej mapie widzimy wszystkie otaczające nas pojazdy, bez znaczenia w jakim działają programie. Oczywiście każdy z nich możemy zarezerwować, bez potrzeby przechodzenia do konkretnej aplikacji. A to nie wszystko. Wyobraźmy sobie sytuację że przed naszym domem stoją dwa samochody konkurencyjnych programów. Czy musimy wchodzić na strony bądź aplikację każdego z tych rozwiązań, aby sprawdzić która z opcji będzie dla nas korzystniejsza? Nic bardziej mylnego. Wystarczy że uruchomimy URBI i z miejsca zobaczymy udostępniając naszą lokalizację, czy przede wszystkim pojazdy te są w tej chwili dostępne, a jeśli tak, to klikając w aplikacji URBI na jeden lub drugi pojazd, od razu zobaczymy jego cenę. Oczywiście oprócz sprawdzenia ceny, aplikacja pozwala nam na błyskawiczną rezerwację pojazdu który wybierzemy.

Oczywistym jest fakt, że tego typu urządzenia mogą się sprawdzić wyłącznie tam, gdzie Carsharing jest codziennością, wyraźnie zakorzenioną w przestrzeni miejskiej od lat i gdzie występuje wiele różnych odmian współdzielonej mobilności, jak np w Berlinie, co widać na sąsiedzniej grafice, gdzie możemy naliczyć łącznie 5 różnych systemów w jednej aplikacji. W Polsce działanie takiego urządzenia na ten moment nie ma sensu, jednakże warto naszym zdaniem, zainteresować się tego typu aplikacjami już teraz, tym bardziej że usługi współdzielonej mobilności będą się rozwijać w Polsce bardzo prężnie, a i użytkownik URBI, używający jej do działania w rodzimych rozwiązaniach, podczas wyjazdu zagranicznego do miejsca gdzie Carsharing występuje, może dzięki URBI, swobodnie korzystać z jego dobrodziejstw, praktycznie bez większych problemów.

Warto jeszcze zwrócić uwagę na jedną bardzo istotną zaletę URBI, jaką jest jej elastyczność względem środków transport. Aplikacja nie zamyka się jedynie na Carsharing, w dosłownym tego słowa znaczeniu, bowiem, poprzez URBI, zarezerwować można również skuter czy rower miejski, jeśli tylko w danym miejscu dostęp do takiej usługi, został udostępniony.

Zatem, czy mimo tych wszystkich superlatyw, opisanych powyżej URBI posiada jakieś wady? Owszem tak, jednakże są to raczej problemy tzw. „wieku dziecięcego” które też na pewno będą rozwiązywane z biegiem czasu. Za jeden z takich problemów, należy uznać fakt że nie każdy CS można w aplikacji URBI odnaleźć. Wprawne oko wypatrzy, nawet wyłącznie na podstawie zdjęcia poglądowej mapy Europy, załączonej do naszego materiału, fakt że we Francji na podstawie opisywanej aplikacji nie pojeździmy, a jak nie trudno się domyślić, choćby sam Paryż jest gospodarzem kilku niezależnych systemów. Zatem, nie wszystkie rozwiązania są w URBI dostępne, jednak zapewne można się spodziewać że ilość dostępnych w aplikacji rozwiązań stale się będzie powiększać i pozostaje jedynie trzymać kciuki, aby w aplikacji czym prędzej pojawiło się rozwiązanie z Polski. Kolejnym istotnym problemem aplikacji, jest fakt że będąc użytkownikiem kilku systemów, używając URBI, nie zaoszczędzimy miejsca na dysku telefonu, pozbywając się bezpośrednich aplikacji każdego z systemów. Chcąc logować się do danego rozwiązania już na ekranie aplikacji URBI, trzeba mieć jednocześnie zainstalowaną „apkę” główną danego systemu. Bez niej niestety rezerwacja się nie uda. Wyjątkiem są systemy umożliwiające logowanie przez przeglądarkę, jednakże w tych przypadkach, nie unikniemy logowania bezpośredniego, które otworzy się niezależnie od omawianej aplikacji. Podobnie też URBI nie umożliwi nam za swoim pośrednictwem rejestracji w wybranej usłudze jaką dzięki temu rozwiązaniu odnajdziemy w naszym mieście. Każdorazowo do rejestracji trzeba będzie użyć drogi bezpośredniej walidacji w wybranym systemie.

Problemy tego typu, raczej ciężko będzie przeskoczyć, jednak sam fakt aplikacji tego typu jest póki co świeży i z pewnością będziemy obserwować stały rozwój zarówno systemu URBI, jak i pewnie podobnych, konkurencyjnych, jednak mimo takich właśnie problemów, jak i innych które zapewne będą pojawiać się w ramach rozwoju zarówno aplikacji tego typu, jak i rozwoju rozwiązań carsharingowych, jako takich, uważamy że fakt powstawania takich aplikacje zdecydowanie ma sens, a ich rozwój na pewno będzie postępował. A nawet mimo ich pewnych ograniczeń, nie da się odmówić im głównego waloru jakim jest możliwość przeglądania wszystkich możliwości w danym miejscu naraz, a to jest z pewnością argumentem nie do podważenia.
